Had a wonderful handover with Joy @ the Kingswood dealership yesterday to collect our new car. She went above and beyond for us & we couldn’t speak higher of her customer service. She kept us well informed the whole way through the finance/ sales process, was attentive, knowledgeable, and I left the dealership with complete confidence in our new wheels. An absolute credit to have on your team! I couldn’t give a higher praise of her customer service. Joy, thanks so much for the giggles, and putting up with me yesterday. I promise to do my absolute best not “curb bash” the new wheels when driving down the river in future.

Recently purchased my second truck (Ranger Raptor) from Josh at Sinclair Ford, and I am extremely happy with it all! All of the team were very friendly, and great to chat with, I would have enjoyed sitting there chatting with them about cars all day even if I wasn't buying a vehicle! I bought my previous truck from them 5 years ago, and serviced it there every year as well, I always found the Service team to be very knowledgeable and helpful, and they kept my Wildtrak going for 5 years without a single mechanical issue. When it came time to pick up my Raptor, they offered me a very fair trade value for the Wildtrak. Over the past 12 months waiting for the Raptor, Josh was great with keeping me up to date and answering any questions or concerns I had, and was very accomodating with my hectic schedule when it came time to pick it up. Overall, I've been very happy dealing with the team at Sinclair Ford, and I look forward to future purchases with them.
